Mr. Sen is a product of Mayo College, Ajmer, St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and did a post graduation from Kings College, Cambridge, UK.

An IAS officer of the 1967 batch, Mr. Sen was a member of the Madhya Pradesh cadre where he held various assignments, the last being Principal Secretary, Govt of MP, Department of Commerce and Industry and Information Technology. At the Centre, Mr. Sen served as Director General, Civil Aviation, Chairman and Managing Director Indian Airlines and Chairman of Air India. Close to retirement, Mr. Sen was Secretary General, National Human Rights Commission.

Recepient of the Shiromany and National Citizen’s Award, he was one of the 12 conferred with the ‘Wings of History Award’ conferred on only three civilians so far, the other two being Mr J.R.D.Tata and Mr Karan Singh.

Post retirement, Mr. Sen served as Director of the India International Centre for five years. He has served on the Board of over a dozen Trusts and NGO’s which included Eklavya, the National Foundation for India, and HelpAge India. He had been founder Trustee of Age Ventures India.

Dr.Shetty is a MBBS, D’ORTHO, MS(ORTHO), FRCS (Glasgow), AO fellowship (Switzerland) / Diploma in Hospital Administration. He is President – Ramaiah Memorial Hospital/Ramaiah International program & strategic Alliance and Chief – Ramaiah Advance learning center and a Senior Professor of Orthopedics, Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore.

He is professionally active in the various medical forum like member of National Academic Committee – HSSC – 2019, National Board of Examination, Board of Studies for PG studies – Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences among others. He has been President of AHPI Karnataka Chapter, Bangalore Orthopedic society and some more.

Dr. Shetty has delivered over 400 papers at National & International Forum, Published over 50 articles and is involved in 30 multinational clinical trails.

He has received Mother Theresa Award,Doctors Day Award from the Lions Club, Achiever Award – Bangalore Orthopedic Society and Dronacharya Award – CME Excellence Summit.

Stutiji is a B.Sc (Botony, Zoology& Chemistry) & M.Sc in Botony with gold medals from Allahabad University and M.Phil in first division with distinction in Social Science from Punjab University.

She is an IAS from Uttar Pradesh Cadre. She spends her 40 in service spread 12 years in public administration; 12 years in industrial development and over 15 years in social sectors.

Some of the key positions she has held were-Director Sugar Development Fund Ministry of Food, Joint Secretary Disabilities and Chairman and Managing Director National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC) etc. Joint Secretary Ministry of MSME and Director NIESBUD; Joint / Addl. Secretary Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Director Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC); Secretary to the Board of Reconstruction of Public Sector Enterprises; Union Secretary to Government of India Department of Public Sector Enterprises; Union Secretary to Government of India Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities; Chairman NCPCR in Government of India 2015 to 2018.

She has written many notable articles, desertions and represented India and organised for India many International Forums like International Conference in Paris on World Congress on Justice for Children, along with Se. In her personal capacity she was invited as Disability Expert by UNESCO, to Geneva, Paris and Singapore.
She has been awarded many a times like, Times of India Social Impact Award (2013) for innovative health insurance scheme ‘Niramaya’, for the severely disabled, and Veerangna Maharani Laxmibai Gaurav Sammaan, 2013 by Bundelkhand Vikas Parishad Indian Achievers Forum.

She is currently Chancellor, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University,Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. And on Board of Save the Children India since 2018 and few others other organizations.

She is settled in Noida and continues to work with full zeal for the Social Sector.

Mr Bawa is a product of Shriram College of Commerce,Delhi University and CA from India.

He has an over 40 years of expérience in leadership role in finance & strategy, with group level responsibility for financial reporting & MIS, corporate finance & banking, public offers and IPOs in global markets, budgeting & cost management, taxation, insurance, investor relations, legal & regulatory matters and all group M&A initiatives. He oversaw a turnaround of India’s leading media & entertainment conglomerate to growth and profitability, with latest reported consolidated turnover of over US$ 465m.

He possess a deep understanding of Indian regulations and has extensive experience in dealing with Indian regulators over the past two decades – closely witnessed the evolution of Government policy, and has a strong network of relationships.

He was awarded the CFO of the Year award by IMA in 2007. In the same year he was conferred with the Industry Leader award by the Institute of Chartered accountants of India in 2007.

Post retirement he is mentoring new budding entrepreneurs.

A product of Delhi Public School, and a BCom from Delhi University, Gupta, a qualified CA, having worked in Union Carbide, Goetze India, SRF Nippondenso and the Pearl Group where he was CEO and member of the Board Of Directors of Pearl Polymers and Pearl Engineering Polymers. He later undertook some other assignments and for the last ten years is Chief Executive of AVI ensuring good quality retirement homes come across the country. He is settled in Gurgaon.
